I want to get rid of RedHat Linux8 on a harddrive. I need to install NT server there. I used Fdisk and then Delpart to delete the partitions but after installing NT for the first time it comes up with "grub" after searching for the boot record.
seems like Linux is not completely gone.

Hi Jakess,

run

fdisk /mbr

It will clean up your mbr. What you should not do is get rid of linux. You may regret it.

Bye
