get URL (using javascript) for standalone projector on CD Rom

i am outputing my portfolio to CD Rom as a standalone projector(it will not be online). There are several clickable links to web sites i have designed. I would like to use a get URL statement that includes a JavaScript function which will open the _blank browser window to specific dimensions etc...

The other tutuorials I have looked at only address this situation from the viewpoint of the .swf being embedded into an HTML page. Any suggestions would be helpfull
