Get unanswered calls to go to voicemail

Seems like an obvious question -- but I can't remember how I programmed the callpilot originally to get calls to a certain extension to go to the voicemail if unanswered. Currently some of my lines are popping back to the attendant so the only way to get them to vm is to re-transfer straight to the callpilot. Help???

Sounds like you need to change the FDN and Hunt in your phone system.
