Get the highest occurence of a record

Hi all,

I am trying to do something that I can only explain by description

Entry No Ticket No Modified By ID Details Date Assigned By Assigned To Modified Type
80 101 infinitizon Enter your response to ticket user here 2000-12-21 15:54:29.797 R
81 101 infinitizon NULL 2000-12-21 15:54:31.773 NULL NULL C
82 101 infinitizon NULL 2000-12-21 15:54:46.210 NULL NULL RO
83 101 infinitizon 2000-12-21 16:01:11.307 infinitizon infinitizon A
84 101 infinitizon 2000-12-21 16:22:55.187 infinitizon aadeosun A

Notice that the ticket was initially assigned to infinitizon, then later assigned to aadeosun.

What I want is a query that will be able to pull the most recent assignee.

I dont seem to be getting a way around this...or maybe my head is just filled with many things.

Appreciate the help in advance.
