I am trying to write an application to get the CLI of a call when the agent answers.
I have access to both the RTD and RSM API's that Nortel Created, but from my research these do not provide the CLI of an Agents call.
I also know that the only place on the Sybase Database that the CLI is stored is in the eCallByStat tables. But these tables are only updated every 15 minutes.
What I'd like to know is how to access the CLI of a call when it is received by an agent.
