Get Settings for all users

I am using Savesettings and Getsettings to store and access Application settings from the registry. Documentation states that these read and write to the Hkey_Current_User/software/vb and vba applications/app hive and keys.
My need is that any user who opens the app must be able to access the data used to create various ODBC connections. The installed user has it, no one else.
Can I use GetSettings from any global Hives?
