Get Re-Install MSDN when I want to use Help

I am getting a re-install MSDN message when I go to use the index on the help menu. I have tried for five days to install and re-install. I also have purchased two Visual Basic 6.0 CD's from Microsoft. One is with the Visual Studeo.It has 3 cd's and 3 MSDN Library cd's. I have installed of them and still get the message.

Any Ideas
