Get Percentage Select Statement problem

I have a mysql table with:

ID
DATE
NAME
VALUE

Example of table:

ID DATE NAME VALUE
1 06/10/10 Visits 129
1 06/10/10 Unique_Visitors 52
1 06/10/10 Actions 1000
1 06/10/10 Bounce_Count 13

1 06/11/10 Visits 76
1 06/11/10 Unique_Visitors 36
1 06/11/10 Actions 1531
1 06/11/10 Bounce_Count 3

I need the value of the Bounce_Count to be the percentage of the just the Visits value so need results:

ID DATE NAME VALUE
1 06/10/10 Visits 129
1 06/10/10 Unique_Visitors 52
1 06/10/10 Actions 1000
1 06/10/10 Bounce_Count 10

1 06/11/10 Visits 76
1 06/11/10 Unique_Visitors 36
1 06/11/10 Actions 1531
1 06/11/10 Bounce_Count 4
