Hi, guys. I have a 5330 coming up prompting to "Enter Teleworker PW". However, I don't want the phone in Teleworker mode. I've tried various things: booting the phone, holding down 7, when prompted to configure TW, selected No. I also cleared the settings on the phone. However, every time I boot the phone, it asks me for the TW password. When I've powered up other 5330's, they would just prompt me for a PIN (aka base extension). Any ideas how to default the phone so that it doesn't come up in Teleworker mode? Thanks.

In addition to defaulting the phone, holding down 6 instead of 7 will bring the phone up in MiNET mode instead of TW mode.

Excellent! danramirez, that worked.

Thank you, Lundah. I will make a note of that.

@ Lundah, I was unaware of the hold down the 6 for MiNet. Star for you.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

For future reference you need to hold down * and 6 while phone is booting to get MiNet Mode. * and 7 will get you into SIP Mode.

@ Sarond, is *+6 permanent? That is, if I boot the phone using that option and it boots it in MiNet. Does that mean that the next time I boot the phone, it will default boot in MiNet?

Correct, it changes the mode of the phone until it is changed.
