Our client has a current version NuPoint. They do some supervised transfers of clients to a call center and if no agents are available, calls go to a call flow. They would like to be able to pull the call back from the NuPoint after the call flow has answered. In this case, the transferred calls are from a system that is in a different city and not related to the Mitel at all so they need a way to get the NuPoint to disconnect the call so they can go back to the original caller. In the old Avaya audix world, they could have dialed **9 to tell the VM to disconnect the call. I have been unable to find a similar command in NuPoint. Also, we thought of putting a non-used prompt in the call flow to disconnect a call but there is no option to do that.

Looking for suggestions or a code that I don't know about.

Thanks

Feature does not exist to pull back the call
