I created a report with the wizard and now want to modify the design. I group data on three levels. The wizard created 3 group headers but no footers. Ho can I get the footer to display for a group?

Go to the Report design. Select the Sorting and Grouping option. Click on a Field in the Field/Expression column and select Yes in the list for the Group Footer option. You need to do this for each group.
