Get my fireworks file back from the HTML. file

Hi I am very new to this and need some assistance please. I was working in Fireworks with my website when I accidentally erased the file. I still have the HTML file in Dreamweaver. Is there a way I can convert this HTML file back to a png file so I can open it in Fireworks again.

you CAN open html files with fireworks. but to me it seems to work only with very simple layouts ... most of the time i just get a mess.
also, this wont undo any made compression, so changing stuff will make you loose quality
