Get List of Phone that have ACD

Greetings,

We're at our limit of ACD licenses and I need to setup some additional phones. I know we have a number of phones that have gotten "lost in the abyss" and I'm looking to audit our current phones for those that have ACD on them.

What would be the best way to go about compiling a list of phones with ACD?

ld 22, prt slt, to see how many software licences you have and available

If you are talking about a lot of phones, if you do CNT FEAT=ACD it will give you the actual number of phones. CNT FEAT=ACD will then give you the details of TN's.

If you start deleting, make sure you dont delete any that may be set up for voice mail ports.

Cross reference against what is acquired by Symposium to see what is in use/disconnected.

Also if you're on VoIP system, check which TNs are registered on the sig servers to make sure the ones you delete are not in use.
