Get Interfaces and Get Addresses dont work

I have installed a new firewall module on a remote server.

However after creating the FW object on my management
server the 'Get Interfaces' and 'Get Addresses' dont work. Obviously WINS is not enabled, therefore do I need to use a LMHOSTS file in order to make these functions work?

Even after adding the interface info manually I can hnot apply a policy, it just times out.

Any suggestions?
