Get info out of Mysql and then start up template

Hello there, hope someone can help me out.

I have a html page made in frontpage, I need to get information from my mysql dbase to this html page.
Like
If I fil in a country there has to come a list of all names if a name is then selected it has to put in a 5 digit number in this line

Location (wmo code):
Location (country): Location (name):


Is it possible to get wmo country and name selection linkt with MySql so if people do not know wmo code the can fill in country and then get all weather stations in the name section where the can select.

why not change to an asp or php page and use the scripts to pull the data out and into a select box with the value of each element corresponding to a country?
