get HTML into email?

Sorry I described this pretty badly.
When I attach an HTML doc to an email in outlook no graphic come through....I can however fake this by putting in a graphic as stationary. Looks the same in out look. But has drawbacks in other email programs...(yahoo,hotbot..etc) How can I get this to view as a web page would? Does this need to access an existing page on my site? Any help is much appreciated.
