Get error 80070005 when try to connect to server

I have been running fine for quite some time but now when I try to create a new project in Visual Interdev v6.0 (on a Windows XP Professional OS), I get an error box: "Method Not Allowed (Error code= 80070005)"

I found an article in MSDN which indicates there are two solutions. Neither of them worked. One was reinstalling VI and the other to download and install the latest Frontpage extensions.
