get data out of a .ora file?

How do I get data out of a .ora file?

I tried downloading and installing the personal version of oracle, but it seems I'll have to learn Oracle in order to use it.

I know how that sounds, but I just want to get the data out of the file to ANY other format.

Sorry - you'll have to learn at least enough about Oracle to set up the database and query the data out of it.
