Get Current Exchange Rate... 1

Hi,
Does anyone have any goods ideas on how to get a current exchange rate.. I just need it for Canadian to US dollars..
Ideally would like to be able to just automatically download a file from the internet once or twice a day.. maybe schedule a task to run it?

Any ideas? I know Yahoo has a csv you can download but I am not sur how to get the file.. it is at

and the link called download data... not sure if this is even a possibilitly...

Is there a way that I can download the Yahoo page maybe and parse it to get the rate?

I went with DotNetGnat and the link:

and parsed the page it works good for what I need as it is just an internal web app.
