Get criteria from Ecxel and pass them into Access query

Hi,
I need to get 2 cell values from an excel spredsheet (BeginDate and EndDate) and send them to a Access query as Parameters. How should I do that? I want to make sure that a user can filter his data from the date that he has entered in those cells.

Can you do File->Get External Data->Link Tables to get to Excel?

Did you have any luck with this? I am trying to accomplish the same thing. What I did was build a macro which uses the TransferSpreadsheet function to import the date parameters. The issue I am having, is that when I use the date parameters in a Between statement, the ODBC call times out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
