Hi, Can anyone help, I am new to this! I normally use the record feature but cant for this one, so if some one can point me in the right direction that would be great
I have a workbook which I have a drop list in column K every other row. I need to get the contents of every other cell in this column and then find a match in another workbook and add a value (from column B from workbook with drop down list) in the next available cell down the matching column.
I.E original workbook
G H I J K L
1 drop
2
3 list
new workbook
A B
1 Drop List contents 1 Drop List contents 2 etc
2 add value here
3
only need to add values if A1 = K1 etc if B1=K1 then add value here
