Get Apperance line bussy tone

In the new version og 3.0 and 3.1 the Apperance line is comming in the programming interface. I want to get the second Apperance line a bussy tone, when the second user is calling.
Senarium: User A have a Avaya Phone 5410 where there is 3 Apperance buttoms. User A is calling to user B and they get connectet. The first Apperance buttom is ust here.
Then user C is caling to user A and the second Apperance buttom is activating on user A phone - my question is how can er get the phone to make a bussy tone ??? If I don't have two our three Apperance buttom I can't transferd the call to another user!

If you remove all three appearance buttons, you can easily do the requested (including transfers), but the "Redial" and "Log" functions will stop working...

If you only configure two appearance buttons, and add "RESERVE_LAST_CA=1" under "Source Numbers", then the user will be busy when speking on the first line, exactly what you request.
BUT pickup functions will be screwed up
Pickup by shortcodes will not work at all.
Pickup on "User" buttons will work, but only if you first perform the pickup, and the lifts the handset.
