get and use physical memory address

I need to get the memory physical address of a dynamically allocated data structure and to write into this area from another application under windows os. anyone has some hint? thanks

I don't think it's possible to get the physical memory address from a 32-bit OS like Windows, but here's what I found on Shared Memory:
