Get all my e-mail from outlook

Hi,

I have a lot of e-mails in my outlook file.
Is it possible to get all the e-mail addresses that are on my e-mails to a text file or something like that?

Outlook File\Export seems to be the bunny...

Export to a csv file then sort the data as you will
