We have 3 different domains merging into one so I have to find a way to export a list of all our exchange accounts and details. I need the list to show email address, their building and all other info. Any help or ideas would be great. Thanks
In exchange administrator go to the global address list, select view and then columns to add other fields such as SMTP address, location etc. Then select one of the records and select the file menu where you can save the window contents to a CSV file which can be read in excel.
Is there a way to get the members of a distribution list exported as well? I have 198 lists that I need to extract for purpose of cleaning and consolidating. Help would be appreciated.
