How do I get a copy of the backup of an IPS onto my desktop after I’ve backed up the switch?

Get a copy of an IPS backup?

When you made the back up it should have asked for a file name. Search your PC for that file name. Back ups are defaulted into the matworx folder. Copy and paste it anywhere you like.
