Get a complete list from one field...

I would like to be able to go down the record list taking the information (a name) from one field and then continuing until finished.

The thing is, I want a list of names by where I only have one instance of each name at the end. So that when a name is found it knows to continue without recording it when it finds the same name again.

Basically a list at the end by where I have a master list of all names but never displayed more than twice on the list.
