Hi,
a customer works with a BCM400 4.0 + DTM and Problems accour.
Member A on the BCM make a Call outside to Member B. The Call is established and then A can´t hear B.
In the ISDN trace i can see a Notify "remote-hold". See at 12:33:20:

"“Remote hold” indicates a loss of communication path in the B-channel" Source: ITU-T Recommendation Q.954
It this a Problem from Member B, Provieder or BCM?
