german ISDN Trace -> Notify: remote-hold

Hi,

a customer works with a BCM400 4.0 + DTM and Problems accour.
Member A on the BCM make a Call outside to Member B. The Call is established and then A can´t hear B.

In the ISDN trace i can see a Notify "remote-hold". See at 12:33:20:

What this means? I´ve read in a ITU Sheet:

"“Remote hold” indicates a loss of communication path in the B-channel" Source: ITU-T Recommendation Q.954

It this a Problem from Member B, Provieder or BCM?

Is it fully patched?

Hi,

SU14 System is the latest Patch.
The Version is: 4.0.2.03a

You're a bit behind.Install SU18 and see if it fixes your issue.Always good to install the latest ones even if it does not mention a fix for your specific problem.
