Gentran Unix implementing JDE

I have a simple question, we're implementing JDE One World on the AS400 and we're currently running Gentran Unix. We need to upgrade to a current version of Gentran. Do we upgrade to Gentran Unix or Gentran AS400 or Gentran NT. I know there would be cost issues with changing platforms from Unix to somthing else. Does anyone know if one Gentran plantform performs better than another when running JDE One World
