Gentran NT Audit Log

We have a version loaded on C: and X:. When I complete the compile/map in Workspace, I go to view results and get "Not authorized". I have in my login profile everything "turned on" for me to do everything as the system administrator. But I cant view logs, could this be configuration issue when software was loaded?
 
LA_Man,

What version of Gentran Server are you using? I had a similar problem a while back & I believe it had to do with the user account that STARTS THE SERVICES. If I remember correctly, the user ID that starts the Gentran services must have the "login as batch job" (or something like that) box checked. This is on the server side, not the client side.

Are you able to open the audit log from the server? What error do you get when you try and open the audit log

We are using NT 3.2. Seems that the problem has been identified. It was due to the way the server authorization was setup.
