Genesys with ipLDK100 2

Does the ipLDK100 support Genesys Call Center Application??
If not which LG PBX support Genesys

ipLDK-100 supports TAPI ver. 2.1. TSP (Telephony Service Provider) supporting Microsoft TAPI 2.1 for telephony applications.

I think that Genesys only support CSTA, so you need to conatct both LG-Nortel and Genesys to make shure.

There is one called FORWARD by Isbel from Uruguay
It is a call center application for ipLDK 60 and BCM

It's a Call Center Application I need Doktor.
I know that miralix propose PC operator but I saw that they also have queue handling, PC client showing extension status & ACD display.
But I don't know if they have statistics software like Genesys do?
what do you think abl2910??
