Genesys Express Voice & MD110

Is there anybody who can tell me, if the Genesys Express Voice can handle analogue & fixed remote extensions in MD110 BC11 as Solidus does? Or is it really true, that only digital extensions can be used in the agent positions like with MD110 ACD?
 
We have tested it with mobile and ip and remote extension.
It did work but that was a long time and i believe with the latest sp it should be much better now.
 
Thanks for the information! Would it be possible to know a little bit more about this? If you have mobile and ip extensions, it should be BC11. Is it really so, that the agent positions worked with this? We are not Genesys experts, but our Genesys partner told us, altough it is not documented by Genesys, only digital extensions are possible with MD110. Did you have any special programming from the MD-side? Was the interface to Genesys the AL4? The problem from the MD-side was with the logon already. Genesys wants to perform this with a command sequence which does not works on analogue, mobile, etc. extensions.
