I am currently piloting a Genesys Cloud environment. Our company currently uses an Avaya Aura platform. My question is....
Is there an EC500 equivalent in Genesys cloud? I have figured out call forwarding, but when I have that enabled, it only rings to the forwarded device instead of ringing to both the Genesys client & cellphone.
