Our corporate policy does not allow generic users within LN to avoid anonymous mails, but we need something quasi-generic b/c of the number of temps moving through the office.
We tried setting up a shared mail box called wholesale helpdesk that several users had access to, but when they reply to mail the sender is their ID not wholesale helpdesk, even though that's the mailbox the note came in from. The problem is temp1 is here for a week and leaves, any incomming mail addressed to her is returned to the sender - also, management want to be able to view mail sent to her.
Any ideas? How could I modify the template to identify the user without assigning them a LN userID? Can the template be modified to include the computer name on which the note is produced OR {BETTER STILL} modified to pick up the LAN name of the current user automatically and included it somewhere in the note.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Peter
