Generic Feature List

I am looking at doing an RFP for a new phone system. I am looking for a website that will give me an overview of most of the features of todays phone systems. Just a name of the feature; and a description of it. I know that each system has mostly the same features. They are just called different things to some vendors. Is there anywhere I could find such a listing?

There is a site called telezoo.com . It's a site that helps you build and post telecom RFP's. I think you can choose what system requirements you need. Hope this helps
