Hi all
I've one sip-extension as member in a groupnumber in TSE 5.0SP5.
When calling the groupnumber and the extension doesn't answer, it will be unavailable in the Group for about three minutes.
If you make a call or just lift handset it's back in the Group.
It works for any other type of extension, analogoue DTS etc.
How do I get around this ?
Just a simple change of customerdata or impossible?
AS 178 is 1, retain into Group.
AS 122 is 20s, (not changeable 180s unavailable)

Correct, ASPAC 178 does not apply to IP extensions, but you may prefer the Ring Group funstion at v6 if you can upgrade?

Hi Parnum

Thank's for Quick answer
So the solution is to go to version 6....
I'll talk to our customer, if willing to pay.
