Generic device drive for ADIC Scalar 100 on AIX4.3.3 and TSM 5.2

Hi,
My machine is ADIC scalar 100 with LTO2 drives and SNC (SCSI/FC converter), the AIX show the library like generic media changer and some times i'm lost the comunication with the library. I'm install the TSM driver but the AIX and TSM still found generic media changer.

So, how to change the AIX definition or TSM have any way to change internal the library to ADIC Scalar 100?

I'm pretty sure on AIX that all non-IBM devices show up as generic or TSM tape drives and that this is not unusual. As long as the devices are functional from the OS level and in TSM this is really not an issue.
