Generating letters

hi all,

I'm trying to generate letters based on a predefined template using crystals reports. Essentially, the app should replace certain attributes in the template with data from a database like name, address, ph# etc...

I've done similar things in Word using VB Macros, but I've never worked on crystal reports before. Any suggestions?
