Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to generate an auto email to a client that is exceeding for instance 75 % of its default quota. I konw that ithis is possible in exchange but i cant find the way to do so in mdaemon. We use version 6.8

grtz,

Marc

When a user exceeds his quota, an e-mail message is generated, and subsequent incoming mail is refused. However, I don't know of any early-warning system.

The best I can think of is to write a script which would run every time a message is received (specify it in Auto-Responder -> Run Program), or at a specified interval. It would check the mailbox's size, compare it against the quotas specified in the configuration file, and send an e-mail if necessary.
