Generating and distributing multiple reports with a single data pass 1

Hi, this is probably a fundamental question, but I hope that you can help me.

We are creating a sales report and I would like to send only the relevant details to each sales unit.

With one pass through the data (which is in unit sequence), what is the best way to create and email individual reports (I have the addresses), to the many units. It would be a very tiresome task to run the report for each unit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a 3rd party product that does this very well...
( No built-in Crystal way as far as I know), see:
