Generating a Report on Business Objects XI 3.1

Hi guys

Ive recently being given the task of generating a report on business objects as it is our first time ever using it everything is new for me ive being navigating around each application and learnt alot but i have to produce a report for my manager using our Service Desk database can anyone help me to where i must start i really need some direction

So, forums like this can't teach you how to do this.

Do you already have a universe on top of the Service Desk database. If so, just jump in and write a query. If not, you're in for a long one.

Not to mention there are three ways to create a report for BO that I know of(Deski, Webi, and Crystal Reports).

Each method works a little different.
