Hello colleagues!

I have created many projects using InstallShield Express for VFP9, in order to generate SETUP.EXE (SingleImage) for each project and distribute. For example, my project Hello.ise generates SETUP.EXE in folder C:\MyInstallShieldProjects\Hello\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1. That is OK.

But since the beginning of this year, if I create a project Goodbye.ise, it generates SETUP.EXE in folder in C:\MyInstallShieldProjects\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1 instead of C:\MyInstallShieldProjects\Goodbye\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1

Why???

Thank you,

Hello Mike!

Yes, I reviewed my project 3 times in the last days, and compared it with other projects (which are generating their SETUP.EXE files in the correct sub-folder).

Also, I recreated the project from zero, and it continues to generate SETUP.EXE file in the C:\MyInstallShieldProjects\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1 instead of
C:\MyInstallShieldProjects\MY_PROJECT\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1

Maybe then, it is something in the Windows XP environment which are out of my control.

Thank you,

Well, if you haven't been able to see what's changed, obviously we won't be able to either.

As for a change in Windows XP, I think it's unlikely, given that that system has received no updates for the last couple of years. But it's not impossible.

Mike
