Generate XML based on XSD

Sorry, I'm a complete novice and not even sure where to post my question.

Does SQL Server have a functionality to output data in xml format using a pre-defined xsd?

I have a challenge of exporting data in xml format and the destination side has provided me with an xsd to conform to. As an IT/MIS person with little coding ability, I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this, either by using existing SQL Server functionality or by using third party products.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
