Generate Crystal Reports Using Vb6

Is it possible to create a Crystal Report dynamically at run time in a
Vb application and send the parameters like database table name, fields
to be included, sql queries, etc ?

Also it is required to define physical parameters of the report like
chart style, picture file, etc. at the run time. how to do it?
