General_Delivery Mailbox pass reset.

We can't seem to get into out GD mailbox. It gives an invalid password. Now I tried resetting the pass but I'm a little confused on how to do that. I tried 221 but there is no box there, and well 0 doesn't work. I searched via the directory and chose General_Mailbox and reset that one but that didn't get me anywhere. Where else could this password be?
 
Resetting a Voice Mail Box Password:

Feature 983
LOG: 120000 (2 digit ext's) or 1020000 (3 digit ext's) or 10020000 (4 digit ext's)
Press OK
Press MBOX
Press CHG
<Display> MBOX:
Press <Mail Box Number> Example: Mailbox 200
<Display> Password
Press RESET
Press the Release Key

Ok thanks guys, ya that's the route I tried but I was sure I did it right the first time. I changed the phone to Class of Service to English so I could read the messages properly and then I reset the pass again for the hell of it, boom it worked. So 100, I'll remeber that. Thanks
