General VPN client recommendations... 1

Hi Guys,

I've got a ZyWALL 70 firewall on our network and an exchange server that one of our users wants to access remotely for his email. I've been told to purchase a ZyWALL VPN client to enable this but have no idea how to configure either this or the firewall! Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me any other recommendations for a simple VPN set-up?
