Hi,
I have about 50 users on Metaframe 1.8 SP1, and security is pretty lax. Partly because I learnt how to administer Citrix as I set it up - partly because I'm very trusting.
But, I do recognise the need to protect the system from users doing stupid yet well-meaning things - like 'deleting all the files they never use' ie. system files.
At the moment, our NTSRV directory and below has Full Control for the Everyone group. I didn't do it on purpose, that's the way Terminal Server set itself up. The profiles folder is protected per user, but that's about it.
Common sense says to me that this isn't right - but I have no idea what needs to be protected and what needs the users to have read/write access. Is there a script or program I should use?
Thanks.
