I'm sure this isn't exactly the right forum. Please direct me.

We have a deparmental shedule of customer orders.
I need ideas how to make this schedule shared by all employees. Each order has several custom parameters.
Several ideas have come up:
--Public excel spreadsheet
--Access form (adp)
--Infopath on ISS
--outlook public folder (custom made form)
--asp

Any more ideas?

You could use SharePoint. If you have Windows Server 2003 then you can create this for free.
