General Question about VBX/OCX in vbp file

Using VB 4,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;why are the directories <br>of the locations of the VBX files listed in the<br>VBP file whereas for OCX 16 ..there is a Reference <br>statement in the VBP file<br><br>thanks<br>john<br>
