General Question about Fonts in HTML

I use the font Verdana almost exclusively. However, I don't want to take the chance that someone who may not have this font will be viewing it in Times New Roman. What are some similar fonts that I could add into the font tag after Verdana that might make this chance more slim.

And I assume it would go like:

<font face=&quot;Verdana,Tahoma,MS Sans Serif&quot;>

Arial is a good font, doesn't look like times new roman, and every Windows user has MS Sans Serif.
